Meditation Group Dhamma Talks
LA Dharma and the Insight Center host this open meditation group on Thursday evenings in West Los Angeles. We offer a comfortable group setting to support those with ongoing practices.

Over the course of the next three months I will teach the following topics as they are relevant to meditation and our experience of everyday life. These topics are largely in the order in which the Buddha taught them inThe Mahasatipatthana Sutta which can be downloaded here.

The following are recordings of talks given this year:
  1. Activities of the Body
  2. Mindfulness of Body Sensations

  6. What Do You Do When You Don't Feel Like It?
  7. Continuity and Congruity in Practice
  8. Psychological Aspects of Openheartedness
