LA Dharma and the Insight Center host this non-sectarian Buddhist meditation group on Wednesday mornings at the Insight Center.
This group is led by Michael Shiffman. We offer a comfortable group setting to support those with ongoing practices. There are no talks or formal discussion. We start meditating at 8:00 end at 8:45.
